A full license held for minimum of 1 years with no major endorsements. UK license holders need to present the photo card and the paper counterpart.
If your license is not in Roman alphabet (i.e. Arabic, Greek, Russian or Chinese) you need to bring an international driver’s license and your domestic license. If you’re renting abroad (outside the EU), an international driver’s license is usually required regardless of the alphabet. International driver’s license must be accompanied by the original domestic license of the driver.

No insurance cover is valid if parts of the vehicle are missing, client has been driving the car under influence of alcohol, drugs or other drug substances. Protocol from the police has been presented.
If a client happens to lose car documentation, car keys, registration plates, parking access card or part of the vehicle , he or she must pay fine of 240 euro, or the whole cost for new key and registration plates/papers/parts for the vehicle if the cost exceed the penalty fee of 240 euro.
There are damages upon tires, tire caps , chassis or windscreen wipers of the vehicle;
There are damages on the engine of the vehicle that are not a result of unaffected exploitation, but are caused by negligence.
The car is being driven after having alcohol or any other drug consistent substances.
There are damages caused to the vehicle because of off-road driving
There are damages caused by unauthorized in the rental contract driver.
There are damages caused by overloading the vehicle and/or exceeding the quota of the seats inside.
If it happens the rented vehicle to be stolen оr illegally deprived and the whole documentation of the vehicle: car registration certificate, insurance policy “ Third Party Liability”, control certificate “ Third Party Liability”, assistance card, technical check certificate, second part of the vignette, as well as the key of the vehicle, are not handed over to the owner, the lessee takes full responsibility in the amount of the full price of the car in a 10 days period after claiming the stolen vehicle.
If you purchase the Excess Cover Insurance from a third party, the credit card holder will be required to present his/ her credit card at the rental desk in order for the car rental agent to authorize the deposit.

Your vehicle will be supplied with a full tank of fuel. To avoid incurring fuel charges you will need to return it full. Missing fuel will be charged on your return.

When customers travel cross border with the rented vehicle we apply Limit of 150km. per day for the days of rental contract or actual usage of the vehicle.
Additional payment of 0.12 euro per km. is applied for extra km. upon return of the car.

All imposed penalties and traffic violation fines in relation to the use and driving of the rented vehicle during the rental contract and actual use of it are covered in full amount by the customer. A non refundable administration fee of 25.00 BGN for handling will be applied to each one.

In the event that you fail to present a valid credit card or lack of sufficient funds available on the credit card, car rental agent may refuse to release the vehicle. In these instances, no funds paid will be reimbursed.

The vehicle displayed and models listed are the most common vehicles used by our car rental company. We cannot guarantee the make or model of the rental vehicle will be the same as the vehicle displayed on our website.

Confirmed booking can be cancelled or amended no later than 72 hours (3 days) before the pick time at no cost. In case the booking is cancelled/amend less than 72 hours before the pick up time a fee of 20% of the total amount will be charge plus administration tax of 20.00 EUR.
No cancellations are allowed less than 24 hors before the pick up time. If the client cancel the booking less that 24 hors or does not show to pick up the car and booking is not cancelled till the pick up time -the full amount of the rental is charged. “No show” booking are not refunded.
All booking prepayments will be refunded if an alternative vehicle can not be provided. Refund should be made on the same credit/debit card used by the customer to make the prepay, or bank account provided by the customers, if there is any processing problem with the credit/debit card.
