With the present, RENTACAR BG Ltd (“Autojet”, “We”) provides information about your personal data that can be processed in connection with the conclusion and performance of obligations under a rental agreement or upon acceptance of a reservation request!
RENTAKAR BG Ltd. with UIC 175400536 is the administrator of personal data in accordance with the requirements of the national and European legislation. In connection with the commercial activity of RENTAKAR BG Ltd., we process the types of personal data specified in the provided Declaration of Consent for the collection and processing of personal data we are looking for your consent to.

This Information Sheet of RENTAKAR BG provides you with additional information to the Customer’s Declaration of Compliance for the collection and processing of personal data in order to guarantee legality, transparency, and consistency in the processing of your personal data.

Autojet respects and protects the privacy of your personal information. Subject to legal requirements, Autojet may disclose your personal data to the following persons:
Persons assigned to handling, completing, delivering written correspondence with the client, or providing information to the administrator.

How long do we store your personal data?

The period of storage of your personal data depends on the purposes for which it is processed. The use of your personal data is terminated by terminating our contractual relations. Upon expiration of the contract/request, your personal data will not be destroyed but will be stored for the purpose of final settlement of all financial obligations and the expiry of the statutory obligations for data storage obligations for the storage and processing of accounting data under the Accountancy Act: 11 years, the expiry of the limitation periods laid down in the Law on Obligations and Contracts: 5 years, the expiry of the time limits for the provision of information to the court, the competent state authorities, o and other grounds provided for in current legislation: 5 years.

Subject to Bulgarian law, you have rights to your personal data processed by Autojet:
Access your personal data that Autojet processes and get a copy thereof.
Receive information about the purposes of the processing, what are the categories of personal data we process, which recipients or categories of recipients we disclose the collected data
If inaccurate or inaccurate data is processed by Autojet, your personal data will be corrected.
