Fair Fuel policy

The most fair fuel policy We apply fair fuel policy- FULL to FULL for all Sofia Airport Car Rentals. You receive your vehicle with full tank at Sofia Airport or the chosen pick up location and have to bring it back full. If by any chance you miss to fill up the car, because you are in a hurry for a flight or have simply forgotten- we charge the fuel on the same price as gas station. We send you the receipt or calculate the amount upon return of the vehicle.

Autojet offer unlimited mileage for driving in Bulgaria for all car rentals. All Sofia Airport Car Rentals have unlimited mileage. Only if you decide to travel abroad a free mileage of 2000km. per rental is applied.

Second driver is free of charge. Autojet offers for all Sofia Airport Car Rentals a free second driver. Just provide us the second driver documents and our agents will make sure he is allowed to drive the rented vehicle.

Winter is beautiful only with good tires on the road. We have included the winter package in the rate!

No winter tires or winterization fee. Another great offer from us for all Sofia Airport Car Rentals is  included in the basic prices winterization fee. We provide all cars  with winter tires free of charge for the period November – March.

Amend your booking- we don`t charge you!

No Fees for booking amendments. We know that plans can change, and we are totally fine with it. Autojet do not charge for booking amendments up to 24 hours prior collection at Sofia Airport or another location. However if you change a booking period confirmation is subject to availability.

Fair cancellation policy

Cancellation up to 72 hours prior collection is free of charge. We refund all prepaid amounts if you cancel your booking up to 72 hours before the pick up time.
