How long do we store your personal data?
The period of storage of your personal data depends on the purposes for which it is processed. The use of your personal data is terminated by terminating our contractual relations. Upon expiration of the contract/request, your personal data will not be destroyed but will be stored for the purpose of final settlement of all financial obligations and the expiry of the statutory obligations for data storage obligations for the storage and processing of accounting data under the Accountancy Act: 11 years, the expiry of the limitation periods laid down in the Law on Obligations and Contracts: 5 years, the expiry of the time limits for the provision of information to the court, the competent state authorities, o and other grounds provided for in current legislation: 5 years.
